LORS bench welder parts and factory-authorized support services available from Weld Systems Integrators (WSI). We provide spare and replacement parts, along with complete repair and rebuild services for your existing LORS Machinery welders and welding equipment. LORS bench welders are air-operated and available from 10 – 70 kVA (50% duty cycle), with a 8″ throat depth. Furthermore, we can rebuild your welder so it looks like it just came from the factory.
LORS Bench Welder Features
- Rigid welded steel frame.
- Low-friction roller bearing non-rotating low inertia weld head.
- Dual action air cylinder – 2″ Stroke
- Convenient, manually operated tip alignment balve for quick set-up.
- Adjustable solid copper lower arm with steel end caps.
- Ejector-type water-cooled lower tip holder / 4RW taper, standard on 10 kVA to 40 kVA.
- Solid state digital weld timer, NEMA types BS2HX or S2HX optional controls available.
LORS Bench Welder Options
- Soft touch dual palm buttons DSP.
- Work bench (BMW200 only).
- Work Platform (BMW200F only).
- Quick disconnect water fittings (Set of 4).
- Tooling.
- Ejector-type water-cooled lower tip holder / 5RW (2MT). Standard on 50 kVA to 70 kVA.
