EconoPress Press-Type Spot and Projection Welders

An EconoPress is a compact, customizable press-type resistance welder manufactured by Weld Systems Integrators (WSI). EconoPress welders can be configured for spot welding, projection welding, nut welding, stud welding, and other production applications. They are designed to provide the reliability and flexibility of a press-type welder at a lower cost and with a smaller footprint than many heavy-duty press welding machines.

The EconoPress reaches up to 200 kVA, 75,000 amps, and a 36-inch throat, while the WSI HD line extends to 500 kVA, 100,000 amps, and a 48-inch throat.
