LORS precision head welder parts and factory-authorized support services available from Weld Systems Integrators (WSI). We provide spare and replacement parts, along with complete repair and rebuild services for your existing LORS Machinery welders and welding equipment. LORS precision spot welding heads are air-operated at available from 3 kVA (parallel-gap model), 5 kVA (single head model) @ 50% duty cycle. Furthermore, we can rebuild your welder so it looks like it just came from the factory.

Single-Head Model P-5

• Rated 5 kVA @ 50% duty cycle.
• Maximum welding current: 7000 amp secondary short circuit.
• Weld force adjustable 5 to 72 lbs.
• Throat depth and gap: 4″ x 2″.
• Lower arm diameter: 0.5″.
• Electrode: 0.25″ diameter x 1.87″ long.

Parallel-Gap Model PG-5

• Rated 3 kVA @ 50% duty cycle.
• Maximum welding current: 6500 amp secondary short circuit.
• Weld force adjustable 7 to 32 lbs. on each parallel electrode.
• Throat depth: 2.75″ x 5.74″
