Product Registration Form

Weld Systems Integrators, Inc. (WSI) warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a warranty period of one (1) year from ship date from WSI. If a product proves to be defective during the warranty period, WSI will repair or replace the product with a similar product.

WSI makes every effort to ensure maximum uptime for our Customers. We require that Customer personnel contact WSI and assist WSI technicians in troubleshooting the issue to determine what is wrong with the equipment or components. If WSI determines that it is a component failure (e.g. a faulty control board or pneumatic valve, etc.), WSI may, at its option, send Customer a replacement part for installation. WSI will then assist Customer personnel with installation, either over the phone or through electronic means (e.g. GoToMeeting, WhatsApp, Skype, FaceTime, or similar services). Third-party components on machinery manufactured and/or sold by WSI may carry their own warranty from the original manufacturer(s). WSI will assist Customer in coordinating warranty service or replacement of these items, if these items are found to be at fault. These warranties carry their own terms and conditions and are separate from WSI warranty terms and conditions. Replacement units or components will be covered for the balance of the time remaining on the Customer’s original limited warranty.

The WSI warranty does not cover modifications to the equipment or installation of other components not sold by WSI without the express written permission of WSI.

WSI warranty terms are Ex Works WSI, Warrensville Heights, OH, USA. If equipment or components must be shipped to WSI, Customer is responsible for shipping this equipment to WSI prepaid. WSI strongly recommends that Customer insures the shipment for the full retail value of the equipment. Customer must have permission from WSI prior to shipping equipment or parts to WSI.
