Tuffaloy threaded electrodes IN-STOCK and available for immediate purchase from Weld Systems Integrators. We are a master distributor, maintaining an inventory of Tuffaloy products at our Warrensville Heights, Ohio location for quick shipment and delivery.

Threaded tips are used for welding in applications where ease of removal with the threads is desired.  The threads allow for precise location each time the electrode is replaced.  In some cases the smaller parts can be used in confined spaces.  The tips are offered in a variety of sizes and face configurations to fit most field requirements.  The standard material is Class 2 but other materials are available upon request.
