WSI Model 856 – Lock Box and Strike Welder is designed for spot and projection welding lock boxes but also capable of welding strikes and low volume hinge reinforcements (one tab at a time). Weld Systems Integrators designs and manufacturers standard and custom resistance welders for the economical production of steel doors and door frames.
The WSI Model 856 – Lock Box and Strike Welder is an economical single gun, 85 kVA horizontal welder. A high lift mechanism can raise the welding gun above the lock box permitting a door to be manually indexed into position for welding the remaining lock box tab.
