WSI Model 145 – Hinge Reinforcement Welder

WSI Model 145 – Hinge Reinforcement Welder is a horizontal dual-gun projection welder, rated at 120 KVA. Designed for projection welding hinge reinforcements to doors. Horizontal design permits welding with the door in the flat position eliminating the need to stand the door on the edge and reduces handling. Dual weld guns are operated individually in a gun sequence mode or together to permit welding both tabs of a single hinge reinforcement location. Provided pneumatic hold-down pads maintain the flatness of the door during welding.

The WSI Model 145 is based on the LORS Model 145 – Hinge Reinforcement Welder. WSI offers replacement parts and welder repair and upgrade support for the LORS Model 734.
