WSI Model 145 Hinge Reinforcement Welders

WSI model 145 is a horizontal dual-gun projection hinge reinforcement welder, rated at 120 kVA. Designed for projection welding hinge reinforcements to steel doors and frames. Horizontal design permits welding with the door in the flat position, eliminating the need to stand the door on the edge and reducing handling. Dual weld guns are operated either individually in a gun-sequence mode or together to permit welding both tabs at a single hinge reinforcement location. Provided pneumatic hold-down pads maintain the door’s flatness during welding.

The WSI model 145 is based on the LORS Model 145 Hinge Reinforcement Welder. WSI offers replacement parts and welder repair and upgrade support for the LORS Model 734.

Hinge reinforcement welder features:

Horizontal design: Allows the door to remain in a flat position during welding, eliminating the need to stand it on edge and reducing handling.

Dual gun system: Dual weld guns can attach both tabs of a hinge reinforcement simultaneously or in sequence.
