RoMan portable gun transformers are water-cooled and ideal for portable welding, remote robot, or manual welding guns. Available in various voltages and frequencies. Size and capability of our Portable Gun Transformers can be designed to meet your application’s requirements.

RoMan Portable Gun Transformers Features:

  • KVA Range: 50 KVA to 200 KVA (rated at 50% duty cycle)
  • Primary Voltages: 480 Volts (60Hz), 575 Volts (60Hz)
  • Secondary connections to accept low reactance (kickless) welding cables
  • Parallel Bars installed – optional Series Bars included
  • Integral hangers for over-head mounting
  • Fully encapsulated to ensure long life
  • Optional accessories:
    1. Dual Kickless Cables
    2. Over-temperature thermoswitches
    3. Grounding Reactor
