The 9311OD suspends tools using a durable synthetic fiber cable/rope, providing flexibility while helping protect tools and surrounding surfaces from metal-to-surface contact. TECNA outdoor retractor balancers are tested for operation in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°F to +140°F (-40°C to +60°C), making the 9311OD well suited for outdoor workstations and industrial environments exposed to changing temperatures and weather conditions.
