RETURN / REFUND POLICY
For typically in-stock items, we will gladly provide a full refund (less any shipping costs) if they are returned in new condition in the original packaging within 30 days. Please get in touch with Weld Systems Integrators to arrange a return. After inspection, if the item is still in new condition and not damaged, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price.
Please note that, according to our return policy, a restocking fee applies to returns, ranging from 10% to 25%, depending on the item being returned. If this is a concern, please clarify the details for the item(s) you are ordering with customer service before completing your order.
To start a return, you can contact us at salesteam@wsiweld.com. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as custom, specialty, non-stock products, and engineered products. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
