The TECNA TE9339IL food industry balancer is a NEW product line designed for food and beverage, meat processing, dairy, bakery and confectionery, and industrial washing and sanitizing applications. The TE9339IL features an aluminum housing with hard anodizing treatment, NSF-H1 certified food grade grease, rust-proof stainless steel wire rope with a capacity of 17.6 – 22.1 lbs. (8.0 – 10.0 kg), and a stroke length of 98 in. (2500 mm).

TECNA balancers make tools nearly weightless, reducing operator fatigue and improving safety and ergonomics. As the tool is repositioned the stainless steel cable extends and retracts smoothly from the aluminum housing, providing a full range of motion. Tension adjustment is easy and precise.

Balancers models 9346LIL – 9350IL are equipped with a stop device allowing to stop the load in intermediate positions of the stroke, about every 3.94 in. (100 mm). The stop device can be activated and deactivated at the operator’s choice.
VERSION “.F” is equipped with a friction / brake which controls the rotation speed of the drum.
VERSION “.B” includes the locking-unlocking device with control from the floor. It is not possible to assemble this device on balancers already installed.
VERSION “.B1” includes the locking-unlocking device with control from the floor (chain and handle in stainless steel ). It is not possible to assemble this device on balancers already installed.
VERSION “G” includes shock absorbent rubber coating.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORY “RI” – Rotary insulating device (swivel hook) which provides electrical isolation of the hook area. In addition, the swivel action protects the balancer cables from stray wires. This protection allows the balancer to turn a full 360 degrees without damaging the hook.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORY “RC” – Conductive rotary insulating device.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORY “BC” – Conductive locking-unlocking device with control from the floor.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORY “RUBBER GUARD” – Prolongs balancer life by protecting from bumps and dings.
