SHIPPING POLICY

Most in-stock items are shipped within 1 working day of the order. If an order comes in the morning (EST) it may ship the same day. For large orders, or items not typically in-stock, shipping may take from a week to several weeks.

Items that are not currently in-stock normally have a 30-40 day production time while they are being built at the factory in Italy. Once they are ready, the standard cargo ship transit time is 3-4 weeks from Italy to the United States.

We do not process orders on weekends.

It is the customers’ responsibility to have proper unloading capabilities to handle industrial equipment, which may require forklifts, pallet jacks, loading docks, etc.

Title and risk of loss will pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If the product is damaged during shipping, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect and note damage to the product by providing the driver with signed documentation noting the damage prior to accepting any shipment.
