Available in AC, MFDC, and capacitor discharge configurations, WSI HD press welders deliver up to 500 kVA, 100,000 amps of weld current, 48-inch throat depth, and 5,500 lbs. of weld force. Each air-operated, water-cooled welder is manufactured in the USA by Weld Systems Integrators for demanding industrial production applications.

In the engineering stages, WSI utilizes the latest in computer-aided design software. The manufacturing process delivers precision machining for all frame requirements. In addition, our assembly utilizes state of the art components with time tested manufacturing techniques for a high performance, value-driven welder. The welders are tested under full power, certifying compliance to rigid specifications.

WSI welders are an excellent choice for stand-alone tasks. Therefore, they can be coupled with value-added feeding equipment or tooling with parts eject system for ease and speed of operator use.
